MyTeaReviews

A personally maintained, ad-free catalogue of the teas I’ve tried, scored, and described in my own words.

What it is

MyTeaReviews began because I like trying new teas and wanted a better way to keep track of them as I went. Instead of leaving my rankings and notes in a private list, I made them public: a personally maintained collection of the teas I have tried, scored, and described in my own words. The rankings are entirely based on my taste. The site is not sponsored, does not contain ads, and is not trying to disguise product promotion as review.

I added info about teas and infusions as a result from feedback I received from family and friends.

Teasonality

What's your tea personality?

A six-question quiz across energy, adventure, and flavor sorts you into one of 27 tea personalities — each with its own animated glyph, a written description, and matched teas.

How reviews work

My taste, made public

Every ranking is my own — published instead of kept in a private list.

It started as a better way to keep track of the teas I was trying. Rather than leave the rankings and notes in a private list, I made them public: a maintained collection of teas I have tried, scored, and described in my own words.

No ads, no sponsorship

Not sponsored, no ads, no product promotion disguised as review.

The rankings are based entirely on my taste. The site is not sponsored, does not contain ads, and is not trying to disguise product promotion as review — what you read is what I actually think.

Teas and infusions

Notes on teas and infusions, added from reader feedback.

I added information about teas and infusions as a result of feedback I received from family and friends — calm, accessible notes that sit alongside the rankings.

Site sections

A one-person project.

I try the teas, score them, and write the notes myself.
